Euston is the largest regeneration site in central London, bringing together new and refurbished rail stations, commercial development, improved public spaces and long‑term community benefit. Euston Delivery Company (EDC) is being created as a government‑owned vehicle to lead this once‑in‑a‑generation programme.

EDC is now recruiting its first Chief Executive to build the organisation and lead delivery of the Euston Campus through a wide range of public and private partners. The CEO will provide clear strategic leadership, create a high‑performing executive team and oversee the integrated design, funding and delivery of the stations and surrounding development.

We are keen to hear from exceptional senior leaders with experience of large‑scale, complex delivery likely from infrastructure, transport, real estate, finance or regeneration, who can act as a brilliant integrator across the organisation, work across boundaries, manage diverse stakeholders and bring together a wide range of duties and responsibilities to deliver real public value.
