The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Chair and Board to shape the Foundation’s next phase of development and translate shared ambition into practical and enduring impact. The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight across a broad and evolving portfolio including philanthropy and grant-making, environmental and regenerative farming initiatives, cultural and educational partnerships, scholarship, convening and public engagement. The Board is seeking an outstanding leader with the judgement and imagination to guide change, the operational strength to deliver at scale, and the emotional intelligence to work collaboratively within an institution shaped by long-term relationships and stewardship across generations.
