Bedfordia is now seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the Group through the next phase of its evolution. The CEO will accelerate the shift to an asset‑led investment business while preserving the values, relationships and long‑term ethos that define Bedfordia. They will set clear strategic direction, translate vision into disciplined investment and asset‑management decisions, and build the organisational capability required to deliver sustainable income and value across a multi‑asset portfolio.

This is a broad and influential leadership role, suited to a hands‑on leader who is comfortable moving between strategy and delivery, bringing clarity, pace and confidence to Bedfordia’s next chapter. Candidates will be commercially astute, values‑driven leaders with the mindset of a long‑term asset owner. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of generating sustainable, long‑term income and protecting value through active asset management, together with experience of renewables, infrastructure or energy‑related assets, and confidence operating in agricultural, rural and estate contexts.
