The Earthshot Prize was founded to discover, accelerate and scale solutions capable of repairing and regenerating the planet. From its base in London, it operates as a global platform for climate action, working with an extraordinary community of innovators, partners and leaders across business, government and philanthropy. Now entering the second half of the Earthshot Decade, the organisation is focused on a single imperative, ensuring that proven solutions reach the scale the science demands.

At this pivotal moment, The Earthshot Prize is seeking a Chief Partnerships Officer to join its executive team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role holds responsibility for the organisation’s most senior relationships and for a global partnerships strategy designed to unlock real world impact for Finalists. The postholder will steward Founding and Momentum Partners, ensuring each relationship is purposeful, well managed and directly connected to delivery. They will oversee fundraising, align income with long term mission, shape regional strategy and act as a senior external voice for Earthshot, representing the organisation at the highest levels and deputising for the CEO when required.

This is a role for an accomplished leader with a record of building partnerships that genuinely deliver. Candidates may come from corporate, philanthropic, governmental or multilateral environments, but will bring deep understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape and of how systems shift at scale. Credible with global CEOs, heads of state and institutional leaders, they will combine strategic judgement with curiosity and care, taking pride in the quality of every relationship they own. They will be an inclusive, values led leader, able to work across a complex organisation and galvanise teams around shared purpose.
