Alzheimer’s Society
Chief Financial Officer
Role Introduction
Dementia is the UK's biggest killer and one of the greatest challenges of our age. Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity, providing support to people affected by dementia, funding pioneering research, and campaigning for change. We are working towards a future where dementia no longer devastates lives.
This is a pivotal and exciting moment for Alzheimer's Society. Public awareness of dementia is higher than ever before, and dementia is firmly on the political agenda. Recent advances in prevention, diagnosis and treatment are creating opportunities to transform outcomes for people affected by the condition, and we are determined to help drive that change.
We are now seeking our next Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the Chief Executive and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation and shape a high-performing Finance and Assurance Directorate. Working closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees and senior colleagues, the CFO will help shape strategy, ensure long-term sustainability, and support strong governance and organisational impact.
This is an exceptional opportunity to play a leading role in one of the UK's most influential charities and help shape a future where dementia no longer devastates lives.
