The Royal Horticultural Society is the UK’s leading gardening charity, advancing the art, science and practice of horticulture and sharing the benefits of gardening as widely as possible. Founded more than 220 years ago, the RHS brings together professional and home gardeners, members, volunteers, visitors, students, scientists and partners around a shared belief that plants and gardens can improve lives, strengthen communities and support the natural world. As a member of the Leadership Team, they will also contribute to governance, strategic projects, investment decisions, fundraising and advocacy. Candidates will bring senior horticultural leadership experience, deep technical expertise and strong professional credibility, together with a track record of delivering strategy and transformational change in a complex organisation.
