Role Introduction

As part of its ambitious global strategy, Wycombe Abbey now seeks an exceptional senior leader to take on the pivotal role of Managing Director, International, leading the continued development of this expanding global family of schools.

 

Reporting to the Headmistress and working closely with the Wycombe Abbey International Board, the Managing Director will shape and deliver the School’s international strategy, overseeing existing partnerships while identifying and securing new opportunities for growth. This is a high-impact role combining strategic leadership, commercial acumen and educational insight. The successful candidate will ensure that all international schools reflect Wycombe Abbey’s ethos and standards, while building a sustainable and high-quality global network that enhances the School’s reputation and reach.

 

Candidates will bring a strong track record of senior leadership in an international, educational or commercial context, with proven experience of driving growth, developing partnerships and delivering strategic initiatives. They will possess outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, cultural agility and the credibility to operate at Board level across diverse markets.
